I mostly avoid making fan art, but this is an exception.

There’s a Twitch streamer I watch whose community has developed a lot of little in-jokes including one where the the streamer, ActualJake, will put on a corn in the cob costume if chat spends enough money. At one point we started making up corn-themed versions of Lovecraftian deities including Cornthulhu and, yes, Maizathoth — the later of which inspired this painting. It’s weird, I admit, but art is supposed to be fun too.
